Mr. Kadlec achieved Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law in 2003, and was recognized a leading lawyer under the age of 40 by Texas Monthly Magazine whereby he was named to the list of the Super Lawyers-Texas Rising Stars.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Foundation, and a sustaining member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
